JENNY LEIGH MILLER BRINGS THE AMERICAN HEART TO LIFE WITH OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO

(WATCH “American Heart” HERE)

Military veteran country artist Jenny Leigh Miller has premiered the official music video for her current single American Heart.  The video, directed by Ioana Ecsu, highlights the beautiful landscapes of Connecticut while portraying the lives of some of its inhabitants — each living their own version of the American dream.

The song, written by Jenny, Lindsay Czitron and Dave Miller and produced by Jamie Tate was inspired by Jenny’s experience traveling the world.  “One day in my garden as I looked up at my home, I reflected on everything I am so lucky to have,” she says.  “Having travelled overseas, it is so amazing to come back to the U.S. and see everyone working for a better life whether it be for themselves, their families or the community, that effort becomes a collective American heart.”

The song is available on SpotifyApple Music and all digital retailers now. View the official music video here.

About Jenny Leigh Miller: Connecticut native Jenny Leigh Miller is the epitome of a go-getter.  No matter school, work or dreams, Jenny puts her full energy into whatever she does.  This military veteran turned country singer has transformed life experience into passionate, thoughtful storytelling.  Though she grew up singing in the New England area, it wasn’t until an interest in world affairs inspired Jenny to enlist in the military that she would find her true calling.  While deployed overseas, Jenny’s father sent her a Takamine guitar and she learned to play. Performing for her peers most nights, she formed a palpable connection with her audience and a sense of healing that she had not expected.  Upon returning home she dove into writing her own songs and before long, she traveled them to Nashville.

Her debut release Driving With The Top Down, recorded in Nashville, was a well-received introduction to country radio and earned her nominations in three Josie Music Awards including Best Modern Country Song.  With the upcoming award show taking place September 21, 2019 in Dollywood, Jenny continues to write and record with some of Nashville’s finest. She has been spending countless time on the road visiting radio stations and performing up and down the East coast. When it is all said and done, the stage is where Jenny feels the most connected to her craft and audiences everywhere can’t help but take notice.
