Single Review: Sambo Wolf (feat. M.K. Khan) "Starshine"

Nashville-based pop artist Sambo Wolf has just dropped a collaborative single with synth-wave artist M.K. Khan entitled "Starshine." Sambo sings lead vocals and plays lead guitar, while Khan did the programming for the other instruments on a synthesizer.

The song itself reminds me of a cross between A Flock Of Seagulls and Marvin Gaye, with Sambo's singing on this tune reminding me of the latter. "Starshine" is a great, catchy pop song that has a great feel that one can dance to. Halfway through the song, my ears are greeted by the sound of a great guitar solo played by Sambo that reminds me of the great guitar work of Paul Reynolds from A Flock Of Seagulls. The song then ends, clocking in at just over three minutes.

Overall, "Starshine"a great collaborative effort by Sambo and M.K. Khan, featuring outstanding instrumentation and a great vocal and guitar solo by the former.
