Janelle Arthur Re-Writes The Fairytale With "White Horse"

Country singer-songwriter Janelle Arthur is excited to release her new single "White Horse." "I'm so proud to have written this song with Jen Stegall and Brian Maher. Jen, who also happens to be my producer, brought this idea into the room and we immediately ran with it." Arthur added, "The message behind 'White Horse' is very timely and empowering. It seems that we are always looking for external forces to create our own happiness and direct our paths, but life isn’t always a fairytale as we have been conditioned to believe. No matter who you are or what you are going through, happiness has to come from within. Knowing that, we have the power to take charge of our lives and make it happen.”

Rising from her humble roots in the heart of Tennessee's Smoky Mountains to international exposure as a top finalist on television’s American Idol, Nashville singer-songwriter Janelle Arthur has been a guest of the world-famous Grand Ole Opry 22 times, most recently on October 10, 2019, when she was invited to perform during Dolly Parton’s Grand Ole Opry 50th Anniversary week-long celebration. Her last single “Runnin’ From My Roots” was the Number 1 video on CMT’s Music 12 Pack for 6 of the 9 weeks that it aired.
