AC Jones to Release New Single"You Wouldn't Know Me Now"

Promising country newcomer AC Jones announced on her socials this morning that she will be releasing a new single, "You Wouldn't Know Me Now," on Friday, February 19. Co-written by William (Billy) Atherholt and Pete Nanney, the single is about self-empowerment and growth found through heartbreak and the reintroduction of that stronger self to the world. Fans can pre-save and pre-order the single beginning this Friday via Spotify, iTunes, and Apple Music. Produced by Sean Giovanni (John Legend, Big & Rich, Tim McGraw, Meatloaf), "the song is an anthem for anyone who has had to fight for his or her sense of self in a relationship and to encourage them to not be swayed by others' perceptions of who they think we should be, but to embrace the beauty of who we actually are." explains AC. The upcoming release of "You Wouldn't Know Me Now" follows AC's recent successful single releases "Buses and Trains," "Mr. Moon," and "Castle," which all climbed into Music Row's Top-40 Country Breakout chart, the latter two also breaking into Billboard's Indicator chart.

I don't need you to tell me who I am. I can stand on my own two feet without you holding my hand. I don't need you to give me the words to say, I've got my own voice to raise. Excerpt from "You Wouldn't Know Me Now" by AC Jones, William (Billy) Atherholt & Pete Nanney
