Dugger Band Introduces New Music Video, 'East Tennessee Son'

The hot, new country music sibling duo Dugger Band (Jordan and Seth Dugger) will introduce its new music video, “East Tennessee Son.” Complementing the current country radio single (“East Tennessee Son”— on radio now), the clip is slated to broadcast in an exclusive debut on The Boot, Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 8AM Central/9AM Eastern.

Embracing the warmth and richness of the small town from where the brothers hail—Greeneville, Tennessee—the “East Tennessee Son” music video was filmed in neighborly locations throughout their hometown [including Double D Tire (Jordan’s former place of employment), the Capitol Theatre (the first venue where “Dugger Band” appeared on the marquee), Albany United Methodist Church, Woodlawn Farms, The Don Arrington Farm and the local fast-food joint frequented by many, Pal’s Sudden Service] and highlights the place Dugger Band calls “home.”

“We’ve always been proud of where we come from, and we really wanted to film a video that spotlights all of the memorable places where we spent our childhood and teenage years in East Tennessee,” states Jordan Dugger. “Greeneville, TN is where we learned about the importance and value of enjoying the simple things, and that rural town is the fiber of our character and heart.”

Scenic clips “postcard” the picturesque landscape of East Tennessee’s winding, tree-lined back roads, spanning skies of brilliant blue and cornfields of gold, and a big-time cruising the small-town Main Street.

With both hands on the wheel, Jordan and Seth take a drive down memory lane (trailing a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible in Chevy Chevelles) to a futuristic past steering the classics toward a hopeful, safe arrival.

“The guys at J&G Body shop were kind enough, and brave, to offer us the use of these spectacular wheels. We spent a good four or five hours practicing how to drive a stick shift to become really comfortable with it. We both sweat bullets—driving in first and second gear trying not to stall it—during the 18-20 hour shoot.…and it wasn’t because of the heat; it was a little stressful,” Seth Dugger added in jest.

Filmed and produced by Haven Media Knoxville, TN, “East Tennessee Son” will be distributed to broadcast and digital streaming outlets in the coming weeks.

Written alongside Bill DiLuigi, the radio single (“East Tennessee Son”) is the title track from the pair’s sophomore recording project (EAST TENNESSEE SON/Dugger Band Music) released in February via all digital retail outlets (hyperurl.co/lwbe4n). Since the initial introduction to country radio (September 2017), the single has enjoyed a steady climb on the MusicRow Chart (currently residing at No. 47).
