Interview: Creating A Name With Musical Presence; LAW.

Thank you for chatting with Music Update Central! When did you know that you wanted to pursue a musical career? Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this! I honestly have always known that I wanted to pursue a music career. My parents were both very musical throughout their lives which was always inspirational to me. My dad used to build recording studios in the basement of our house and teach me how to record myself and all the instruments in the song. I never wanted to leave and that's when I realized how happy I would be doing it as a career.

With your single series releases, what was your major goal with these release?I really just wanted to enjoy each song by itself and give them all attention individually instead of grouping it together as one project. They are all so different and I wanted listeners to be able to pick their favorites instead of judging them as a whole.

What made you want to move to Nashville, TN to pursue a musical career? I moved to Nashville a month after graduating from HS in Massachusetts and its the best decision i’ve ever made in my life. I always knew that I would move away from home as soon as I graduated and my parents were always incredibly supportive of me. I knew Nashville was the right place to go because I heard so many songs about it and couldn't believe that so many artists and writers were all in the same place, it sounded like a dream to me and I still can’t believe i’m able to be a part of this town.

What can they expect in the upcoming months? They can definitely expect live shows and new music! I have a lot of music that will be coming out very soon and I will be performing as much as possible this summer. It will be worth the wait I promise!

MUC Random Question: What’s your favorite place in Nashville? That’s a really tough question because there are so many hidden gems here, it’s hard to just pick one. I think personally my favorite place is Altru Creative which is the studio where I record all my music. The people there are incredible and it is such a creative space where all ideas are welcomed with open arms. I’m very proud to be a part of that family.
