Heart Songs Records announces their partnership with CappelloWelsh Management. CappelloWelsh will be running the Management and Artist Development Division of the label. Heart Songs Records owner, Jill Pavel launched the record label in 2015. In May 2020 the digital distribution label became one of three independent digital labels globally recognized as a major label along with their corporate partners Soulspazm.
