"'Uncommon Man' is one of the most special songs I have ever been a part of. I was so blessed to co-write this song with one of my best friends, Courtney Bumbacher, about two of the most important people in our lives - our dads. Since we wanted to vocalize how grateful we are to have come from what a lot of people would consider uncommon backgrounds, 'Uncommon Man' came straight from our hearts,” shared Dallas Remington. “Even though it was written about our dad's, more specifically farmers, we have come to realize there are so many different kinds of uncommon men and women in the world. I hope as people listen to this song, they will think about the 'Uncommon Man' in their life."
“ … There's no such thing as 40 hours
No working nine to five
blood sweat and tears
Praying to God help me survive
Through droughts floods
And never ending days
yeah he tries to keep his faith …”
“I believe Dallas Remington's "Uncommon Man" is a refreshing family friendly country song that incorporates the Life, Love & Faith that Beyond Country Radio is all about. In these times, we need more music like hers." - Ron Maxwell, Beyond Country
