Review: 'Let's Play' by Abigail Jerri

Pop artist, Abigail Jerri is a young rising star. Her influences ranges from Christina Aguilera, Aerosmith, Cindy Lauper, to Clara. She was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. She recently made the move this summer to Nashville, TN to focus on her music career. Since making the move, she has performed many shows around town. This past Tuesday, Abigail released her new single, “Let’s Play.” She kicked off the release with a Birthday Bash at the famous Tin Roof on Broadway, Nashville, TN.

Abi sure knows how to throw a party! The Birthday Bash never skipped a beat. The event was just as fun and exciting as her new single. Her performance was over the top. Abi did such a terrific job by getting the audience involved. All the people who attended were up dancing and having a good time.

“Let’s Play” is as vibrant as her personality. It’s a very friendly and colorful song. It will for sure make you wonder. One of the lyrics, “I like the way I keep you guessing,” I interpreted that she is playing hard to get. Throughout the song, it seems as though, they both are playing along and like the chase from the game. This is perfect timing, for Valentine's Day is quickly approaching. It will sure put you in the mood for that special someone.
